Our Story

Basil PM was founded by operators who spent their careers managing thousands of residential units at institutional scale. We saw firsthand how the biggest companies in the industry run: the systems that work, the bloat that doesn't, and the gaps that cost owners money.

We didn't leave to start another generic PM company. We left because we knew we could deliver better results with less overhead, more transparency, and a team that actually operates. Not one that just sells.
